Midium rare which is how them cooked, then broil them over the stone plate and put a bit of wasabi and soysource to it. Selected bread crumbs is ground nicely, it'll be put on gyukatsu and fried casually. That means it won't be thick and oily. It's just tasty.Moreover, If you eat it with homemade mountain wasabi source or even just with rock sault, it would be your life changing taste.
